It could be a simple issue but you need to try, my suggested workflow for this issue is
1. Connect to the desktop PC then try to communicate with it and verify it is working
2. Try to communicate through some barebone terminal
3. Then move to raspberry pi. Then you would know that it was working, maybe even it is driver related and you need to do some kernel compiling (highly unlikely)
I am trying to connect through Windows nanodlp, and I don't know which device relate to the projector then. (like the ls /dev in raspberry)
How can I see the device address in windows?

It should be com1 ... comn port, check on-screen help.

Hi,
When projector is connected to Windows PC, looking in Device Manager-> Human Interface Device -> USB Input device -> Properties -> Events
I get the following message:

Present: false
Status: 0xC0000719
Does this mean there is any problem?
Thanks

I understand that I am having problems connecting to the projector with nanodlp using a raspberry, which might not be compatible... but I don't understand how I also cannot connect with windows PC.
Could you please help me to set up nanodlp?
I need to start printing and will have to buy another 3D printer if this setup does not start working soon.
Thanks

It means, it require driver to even work on windows. So probably you will need samething on linux too.

I have already updated all the drivers - firmware that are accessible.
The problem appears when trying to connect the projector with nanodlp, the projector works well with the application of the fabricant.
So I need to solve this projector-nanodlp problem.

Is the fabricant linux based software?
Offline
I am not sure about that. I will ask the fabricant.
But why does this make a difference?
It was working on a earlier version of nanodlp and now the communication with the projector is impossible.
Is there any way you can send me an old version of nanodlp? You probably have copies of all versions. Or do you know someone who does?

I got this answer from the projector company:
If proper communication methods are used, projector should be controlled through USB and I2C commands.
If our GUI is able to talk to projector through USB communication, any software can establish communication with projector by following proper communication method and protocol.

Exactly same library used for RAMPS currently being used for projector connectivity, so almost every NanoDLP users using serial communication without issue.

So why do you suggest I am having the problems? It is something about the new version of the software because it was working properly with the old one.
Is there any option to get a 2016 version of nanodlp?

No old versions are not available and supported officially.
