3.5" Nextion TFT not working properly with nanoDLP

Hi,

I've managed to get an old D7 up and running on the newest build of nanoDLP, however after following all of the steps in the stickied post for setting up a Nextion TFT I have come to a bust...
This is the last thing I need to sort out, so I would really appreciate the help!

The screen connects and shows the printer home screen, but when pressing the buttons they are unresponsive.
They highlight when touched, so I know the screen is responding to inputs, but nothing happens.

Anybody able to help out?

Thanks

Re: 3.5" Nextion TFT not working properly with nanoDLP

Hi, Shahin,

Thanks so much for replying to me!

When I boot the printer I get the following lines for the HMI device:

Debug    0    2024-08-04 16:03:33.071055    HMI    Touch detected: status graph [10 9 8 ] 4 home 1
Warning    0    2024-08-04 16:03:30.197514    HMI    Start HMI display on /dev/ttyS0

However when I press the screen nothing comes up to say I've pressed a button.

Re: 3.5" Nextion TFT not working properly with nanoDLP

I got a response from the HMI device!!

Debug    0    2024-08-04 16:34:45.129668    HMI    Touch detected: chPage resins [] 0 home 1

It took me to the resin screen on the Nextion -  pressing back also worked, however now it's not accepting inputs again - this is directly after pressing the back button.

Based on this, do you think it could actually be a problem with the touch interface on my nextion and not my setup?
