Display calibration

Dear Sir,
is it possible to add a Red color under Display calibration on Full white to have Full Red? My idea is since I can't make photo of white with Full White and I have try to make photo with pixel check with red color and I have succeeded. This  is all for creating mask on DLP type of 3D printer. BR Sasha
