system time is wrong

hi

My machine didn't use for couple month, I switch on recently, and I find the system time is older than actual time.
How to adjust time back, or is there any problem if I don't adjust back?

Thanks,

Re: system time is wrong

It is a general raspberry pi issue. As it does not have battery to keep clock working when it is off.

Linux ntp should takes care of timing if you have working internet connection on your raspberry pi.
