3D printed parts sometimes remain in the VAT

Sometimes when I print the piece remains in the bottom of the VAT...

Do you suggest any setting I could change to ensure the part sticks to the plate instead of remaining in the VAT?

Thanks

Re: 3D printed parts sometimes remain in the VAT

I use this in the VAT.

Also I found a problem than the pieces are taller than expected.
For example a structure of 600 microns is almost 1mm.
And a structure of 400 microns is 750 microns.

How is it possible? It should not be any possible space to make the piece bigger... have you ever seen a miscommunication between nanodlp and the Z motors? I don't understand what is happening.
