Hi
The limit switch connectors have 3 pins, and I can assume the middle one is the Ground. What I can't guess is which way come the + and Signal cables.
Is there somewhere some pinout or other documentation of the controller board?
How should I connect the limit switch(es)?

I have now tried all possible configurations with the build 4440, and only shorting positive to the ground stops the platform. It is obvious that the endstop switch does not have effect, and neither does any adjustment of the movement in the browser's settings.
Now what? I got here a 3000 euro project (and all my free time for a gooooood while), that fails on firmware/electronics not doing what they were promised to do.
Unhappy.

Is your limit switch PNP or NPN?

I bought these switches:
https://www.amazon.es/gp/product/B07STT … UTF8&psc=1
and connected them in every possible way (dismantled the connector an freely swapped the cables around reachin every possible way to connect the thing into the socket). Then I used a plain piece of wire with crimps on its ends to simulate a closed switch, same way in every possible configuration.
Could somebody point out which pins are supposed to be connected to make the endswitch trigger? The middle one and..?

Back to the topic after trying more without new results.
I have tried to short the middle pin to both of the outer pins but this method just shorts the hell out of the system, it reboots. this means the extreme pins can not be connected to the middle one at any time, right? So the only remaining 2 options for the endstop switch to do it's job is to connect it in between the extreme pins, right? I have tried both ways, normally open and normally closed, but the disconnecting or connecting doesn't affect at all - the platform keeps on lowering the commanded distance.
So by now I have run out of the possible configurations. This piece of shit just don't work. And of course I bought 2 of the boards already, and have tried these methods with the both of them. Because this thing really looks like great stuff! If it would work (hell, I could go around the fact that the movement settings do not work neither, by adding gears into my ball screw assembly) But how can I get around of a nonworking lower endstop???
