I've noticed several times that NanoDLP seems to have trouble displaying some of the image layers - this caused one print to fail since it couldn't display the layer. I've since started doing a quick playback to see if there are problems with the sliced files after import. When I check the corresponding layer image on my Mac, it looks perfectly fine. Odd thing is that it only affects some of the image layers in NanoDLP yet most of the others are OK.
If I look in the plate directory, the bad layers all have a zero file size, but the others are fine.
Here's what I'm seeing, and the odd thing is that it's not happening with every file. I can't figure out which files don't work.
If I decompress the zip file on my Mac, those layer files look OK to me.
Here is the uploaded sliced file: In this file, hundreds of zero plate images are in the NanoDLP plate directory but they are all intact on the zip file:

I re-flashed the image, reinstalled NanoDLP and the same issue occurs with a USB upload (network upload fails still - see other thread).
Here's a sample directory listing:

With the last file upload using the other SD card, there were different files that had a zero size (eg. 5.png was zero on the prior SD image, but on this upload using this image, 5.png is 63794 bytes)

Actually this might be the same issue for free space being reported as full even though this is now a 64 GB SD card (wth over 57 gigs free), and tmp is in the root directory - feel free to close this thread and use the other about free space instead.
This is a partial clip from the logs after trying to upload via USB:

Yes it is same issue I think we should tag plate corrupted for such issues.

Yes - great idea! If it did that, I wouldn't have wasted a print when the app suddenly found a corrupted file in the middle of the print!
