Z axis moves up ALOT when start printing

I'm using nanodlp shield v1.1
I disabled my top limit but when i start printing it moves up 62500mm
my machine setting for axis movement
Start of Print Code
G21;
G90;
M106 S0;
G28 Z0;
Z-Axis Height
Pulse 260000
162.500 mm
Any ideas how to fix it?

You cannot use nanodlp in direct control mode without a end-switch.

My printer sequence is if the build plate is down and hitting the down limit it moves up 30mm (vat size) very slowly then moves up 62500mm until my top limit reached then go down then move slowly and start printing before the bottom limit

Thanks for your reply
I get it now but when i move my build plate until it reach floor then press measure Z axis length  it moves up until it reach top limit then moves 10mm down but when i click floor it moves up to the top limit so what i understand is floor is the zero position
