resolution problem with UV led 405nm

i saw every 3d manufacturer using 405nm uv led as light source behind the LCD. i am using LS055R1SX04 LCD and tested a matrix of 1W 400 to 405nm uv led and everything work well but the resolution is not fine. as the visible light can penetrate more in resin than uv light i guessed that the LEDs are not precisely emiting at the range, so tested 395nm and the resolution became better. the question is how companies use 405nm led and keep the resolution fine?
