Hey there,
I just got my hands onto a Titan 2 from Kudo3D that a friend of mine bought but didn't get it to run quite well. I'm relatively new to DLP but quite experienced with FFF 3dp and helped to build some software around that.
To me it looks like the stack that Kudo uses in the Titan 2 should be easily convertible to nanoDLP which looks far better than what they are delivering. Did anyone yet do the transition?
For those who don't know the printer, this is the hardware:
- ViewSonic Projector Full HD
- Raspberry PI 3
- Mega 2560/Ramps with Marlin
- Servo for the shutter
- Projector is controlled via USB/Serial connection
Is there anything NanoDLP needs that could conflict here? Maybe worth a try?
Thanks for your input!
Frank

I will let Shahin answer definitively, but I have that exact same configuration (except an Acer vs ViewSonic projector) on a muve3D-like printer and it works great with nanoDLP.

My guess is it will works fine.
But it probably takes some time to adjust configurations on nanodlp.

Hey,
I wonder if there's a G-Code documentation somewhere to find out which G-Codes are used by Nanodlp.
Thanks

You can use any gcode, nanodlp just pass them to RAMPS board

hmm i'm confused. I was talking about gcode to move z-axis and also for exmple the shutter. i only have seen shutter settings for a shutter attached to GPIO but i want to use it attached to an arduino and control it by gcode.
also i guess G4 is used to wait?

You do not need shutter settings on nanodlp side if you are going to control it through RAMPS,
Nanodlp comes with different distributions switch to muve3d setting it will be easier to understand how it works.

Hey Shahin,
I'm unsure how to switch to muve3d setting but I also don't want to ask for every step. Is there a documentation anywhere? I'm ready to read through all the stuff but couldn't find anything.

Think I found it but after switching distributions I can't see any big differences in settings. Is there anything I am missing?

Change distro and press reset config files.
