The plates window does not open

Hi Shahin

I haven’t used a printer for a while.
and  updated 2505
but now I can’t add the stl.
if  click + 3D editor, this window opens

if  open the file, then it appears at the top right in the corner  and  nothing is visible, and the top buttons there is no reaction
it happened on win 7 64   and  win version  64 32  no open  plate  gird.checked   2 pc
but on a laptop win 8 64 everything is fine
what could be the problem?
maybe something has changed in the update?

press ctrl+shift+r if it does not improve things. Open inspector tool, refresh page and add STL file and share errors.

. ctrl+shift+r it does not improve things..nothing changes on win 7 64
but all versions of  pi and win 32 and 64 work fine on win 8 and XP
  I think the problem is in win 7
  but I don’t know where to look

It is probably browser side issue, as mentioned if you could upload when inspector enabled hopefully we could get useful error.

I broke my head for 3 days. google  no open plate
on the webgl verification site  wrote
https://get.webgl.org/
Hmm. While your browser seems to support WebGL, it is disabled or unavailable. If possible, please ensure that you are running the latest drivers for your video card.
but everything worked a while ago
I have installed Firefox,and it worked perfectly
dig the whole internet looking for a problem,
and then I found,  in google in settings I just disabled (It was enabled) ,Use hardware acceleration (if available)
and it worked perfectly )))))))
but I can’t understand how the settings on two mirrored identical PC could change,
if one is at work(did not include two months)  second home (works 7/24),,and I didn’t change any settings))))
