printing on the build plate

Noob question here
I have been trying to setup a plate in Nanodlp but every time I bring in a model it is above the build plate and I cant figure out how to get it down on the build plate.
any help is appreciated.

Are you using nandlp's 3D web editor, nanosupport or nanodlp add plate functionality?

NanoDLP automatically decide where is the lowest part of the model. The most probably your model include triangle below floor level.
