End stops just not working, how to set z height(SOLVED)

I have been working hours and hours to try make the end stops to work on the NanoDLP Shield 2.1 and just doesn't work, everything else works, motor goes up and down, the uv light works. I want to know how to manual set the z height with out using the endstops, is there a way, and how. I have tried to do manual z height , but i am lost. Thank you.
