So since the x/y percentage override was removed in the latest version, how am I supposed to dial in my dimensional accuracy?
My prints come out 20.3 / 20.4 instead of 20mm.
Also, how is the formula to calculate the new resolution? I have 47.25 as x/y resolution, a 10x10 cube gets displayed correctly as 10x10 rectangle on the screen, still always 0.3 more in x/y axis.

There is X,Y override at the end of profile page. We had too many input boxes effecting size of pieces and it become to confusing to use and guess how they will interact with each other.
Use 45.83 as override value.

After changing the override to 45.83 my prints come out at 10.8 instead of 10.

Yes! I tried many cure times, from 4 seconds to 8 seconds in 1/2s steps. All the same.
But I get perfect results now. A 10mm cube comes out at around 10.07mm, which is good!
I am using 48.23 as override value. I worked my way up from 47.25 with this formula: res / ( 1 - percent / 100), where percent is the size diff of the print, so 10.30 mm / 10mm = 1,03, so:
47.25 / (1 - 1,03 / 100) = 47,74 <- this got me to around 10.20mm, and I did it again
47,74 / (1 - 1,02 / 100) = 48,23 <- 10.07mm, great!

What is your FEP thickness and do you have glass betwenn lcd and fep?

I tried 0.1 and 0.2mm FEP sheets. Yes, I do have a glass between LCD and FEP, it's the standard glass which comes with the display, like on the wanhao d7.

UV light goes through open lcd pixel and then through 500 microns protective glass and 100-200 microns film. Tbere are the space for loosing dimention accuracy

For such cases, scaling does not help.
A setting option for a contour offset as offered by Creation Workshop would be better here,
In CW therefor was the option "Outline With Inset" and "Outset (pix)".
In Nanodlp I cant find a comparenes Option, but would be great.

much easier to do
(10.3 = + 3%)
10.3 - 3% = 9.991 (if you want more precision, make a slight manual correction at 2.9% and you'll get a piece of 10.0013 mm.)
then
47.25 + 3% = 48.667 (47.25 + 2.9% = 48.620)
if instead the piece should be enlarged rather than reduced, the operation will be
47.25 - X% =

then the dimensional deviation is constant and can not be scaled down.
If you get 10,3mm from 10mm, 100mm becomes 100.3mm.
