Make the GCode commands for tank tilt/peel moves configurable

Currently it appears that nanoDLP generates M650, M651 and M652 commands to execute talk tilt commands to peel the print from the bottom of the tank - although I can't find any documentation for this. Most 3D printer firmwares don't support these commands. However, some firmwares support GCode macros (M98) that would allow these movements to be synthesised, and others would be usable if nanoDLP supported sending sequences of GCode commands (e.g. G1, M106 etc.) to perform these functions. So please can the GCode commands used to perform tank tilt be made configurable, just as the ones for shutter open/closed are.

Also please provide documentation describing what these commands are intended to do, when they are sent, in what sequence, and what response is expected from them if it isn't the usual "ok".
