We are happy to announce our 3D editor/support application is ready and under going internal tests.
Some of the features we already developed.
Resize/Scale/Rotate objects
Do/Undo
Manual support mode
Highlight hanging sections
High performance and low memory usage
Windows, Mac, Linux versions
Some of features we are working on it
Integration of NanoDLP slicer
Full integration of NanoDLP and NanoSupport (Slice and push model to nanodlp)
Plating Interface
Auto support
Android and iOS versions!
Currently we are trying to decide on commercial aspect of the software, our goal is to improve NanoDLP users workflow and make them happy but it also needs to generate revenue to support both NanoDLP and NanoSupport development.
Our current plan is to release two versions, one as free which will include many features with some limitations, also paid version which includes advanced features without any limit.
We will appreciate any suggestions and feedback from users on all aspects (features, versions and pricing of the solution).

Shahin,
This sounds awesome.
I suggest these four options:
1. Free.
2. Purchase for 1 user only for 1 year. Yearly updates/upgrades/versions will have a price (less than the original purchase).
3. Purchase for 1 user with unlimited updates/upgrades/versions.
4. Purchase for multiple users (commercial) with unlimited updates/upgrades/versions.
With all the work you have put into NanoDLP (and now NanoSupport) you deserve to be reimbursed.
Thanks for the great work.
Have a good day.

I think an official release is long overdue. It leaves a vacuum for competitors to push a new product.
My suggestions:
- nanoDLP free license:
- Support from forum only.
- 3D editor/support trial.
- nanoDLP paid license:
- Personalized email support with ticket system.
- 3D editor/support full.
- No update cost within major version.
- Access to experimental tools.
- No annual fees, but major software release every 12 months with an alluring upgrade price.
Before any kind of official release, everything (user interface - tooltips - help topics) must go through extensive spell checking and comprehension proofing. Personally, I put extreme emphasis on this before I decide to adopt a new product.
Thas far, nanoDLP was in extensive development and there is some leeway but if this software is to be a market leader, (as it very well should) things need to be squeaky clean.

From user perspective it is better to not have annual fees, but then we cannot do continues delivery atleast for major features and will need to push them back.

I understand.
I think it all goes down to the actual price.

Can be licensed like Simplify3D
Basically, as long as it is a good software
Consumers will pay for it
Simplify3D has no lock function on the trial so that the user knows the software.
Not suitable for use. Now DLP free cut layers are many
Unless the function is better than other free software
It is possible to attract other users.
