Wanhao D7 new Lead screw TR8X2

Good day to all, I changed threaded bar to my d7 and I mounted aTR8X2, I changed the stepper on the firmware for mm to 1600, then set the height Z on nanodlp 1600 * 185 mm = 296000 but if I mold a cube 10x10x10 I exit 10x10x9.55Z where am I wrong? do I have to make up for the resin profile?

Hi,

Have you check with a caliper or a ruler that movement is right?
Do a z homing and measure, move up to 100mm and measure again. If you have less of more you need to adjust your step per mm (do the radio to calculate the new value)

The movement is correct if lowering 10 is lowered by 10 where I'm wrong I do not know where to bump my head.The only thing on the firmware that I changed was "MAX_FEEDRATE_Z 10" first it was 25,because the engine was going too fast
