Open Nano on computer?

I have downloaded Nano to my computer. According to the directions, I open it using ( I can't post a link, but contains the numbers 127.0.0.1:8080) , but that is a dead link, and when googling it seems to be a security problem. Please advise. Thanks

Ok, got it - I didn't have the browser open at the same time as Nanodlp. Total noob screwup.  I can stumble on from here. Thanks.
