Does it use RAMPS?

So you should not have any problem moving to nanodlp. Just need to know gcode being used to control LED and other hardware features on your printer.

What if we switch to  NanoDLP Shield v1.1 ?

Printer has Nema 23 like stepping motor, liquid cooling circle to cool LCD and LED array.
I'd like to switch to 4k 8,9' screen from 2k

Movements would not be very smooth. It is also possible.

This looks very similar to Banana Pi M2 or NanoPi A 64. unmounting the 4 screws will give you (us) the answer smile

I need precise and trueness movements. So, there is no problem for me to replace this board to Raspberry PI3. What else do I need to drive Stepping motor, liquid cooling motor?

The most probably your machine is already have RAMPS and motor driver with passive cooling, so you only need to use rpi instead of bannana pi (olivier guess) or even load nanodlp on this board directly.

Time consuming part will be translation of settings from your correct program to nanodlp
