I guess it is better to setup official nanodlp page on facebook for troubleshooting and experience sharing.
I believe it is difficult to register, check and share their experience on this forum, but many people visit facebook everyday.
Will keep this forum open for bug reports and more technical discussions.
Any thought?

Yes, that's a good idea.

Facebook is perfect for promotion, show end tell etc.
But, people are going to ask for support there, perhaps its best to guide people to share photos and nice things on Facebook, yet go to the forum for support.

Another issue with the current forum is majority does not come back after their issues get resolved. So very few people help most of people here and no one sharing their experience.

Getting direct prospects with off line marketing is quite a challenging thing. One can get far better results with the online marketing. I also got immense results from the online mode. Had tried the options like PPC Advertising and FB ads which gave me higher number of leads as well as increased the brand’s credibility.

I think FB is good for promote and advertise, but the forum is better for tech support. I hate all these stupid ads and floating pics, games, etc on Fasebook.

I agree with 'color'. Forum is better for support, also much easier to find things...I use FB support for other products and going back and finding a piece of advice you previously read is a real pain.

We will continue maintain forum, but considering currently we have more than 10,000 printers working with nanodlp. Activity on this forum is very limited. And except dozen of people no real knowledge sharing, just simple troubleshooting threads. I hope that facebook page could change it a little bit and even help with popularity of the forum.

I also agree with Color, the forum is better for support and much easier to find discussions and learn through research.
I started to ask questions here only when my project advanced through the end. The majority of my problems at the begining was solved reading other discussions.
I also hate ads, but for me this is not the main problem with facebook, its very hard to find and follow discussions there.
